Usual
occupancy is Saturday
to Saturday but to suit your requirements any
alternative can be accommodated. For price take the
weekly rate for all full week periods and add any
additional days at the daily rate. Periods shorter than
a week will be charged at the daily
rate.
We can arrange for the Pool Heating
(Recommended November – April) at a charge of £84/ Week,
£12/Day.
The pool has a cover which does make a real
difference in maintaining the temperature when
heated.
Security
Deposit - £250 will
be due with the final balance to cover losses, damage
and breakages (may be adjusted according to numbers
at owners discretion).
Childrens’
Cot and
High Chair– Available to hire. Cot
$40/Week. High Chair $25/Week
BBQ – Gas BBQ
can be hired localy $40/week, $70/2
weeks.
High Speed Broadband connection and
Modem - Installed and available free of charge.
Welcome Packs - We can
provide welcome packs of food and basic essentials
(details on request)
Golf - Concessions are available at Highlands
Reserve Golf Course for guests staying in our
property - please enquire.
Availability/ Making a
booking
To check on
availability or to make a booking please send your
details and preferred dates via our enquiry form and we will get straight back to
you.
A 10% Deposit is payable with any booking (non
refundable in the event of cancellation) with the
balance of the holiday cost due 8 weeks before
departure.
On receipt
of your booking details we will send you a ‘booking
form’ which will confirm our full terms and conditions
and we will ‘hold’ the accommodation for 7 days
pending your return of the form duly signed and
completed together with your
deposit.
We accept
payment through paypal (subject to 3.5% surcharge).
